We have acknowledged from Internet that you are a distributor dealing with motorcycle parts. In the hope of setting up good relationship with you, we take the liberty of sending you this email with complex mood. We are specializing in manufacturing ignition coils for motorcycles. And our products are mainly for export. We have been manufacturing replacement ignition coils for various brands, such as Yamaha, Lucas, Honda, Harley, Triumph, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM and so on. We extend the lifetime of our products and better their performance through improving the material. For example, we adopt magnet wire, American AWG Standard, rating at 200℃ to manufacture ignition coils, and we choose insulated PBT as raw material and epoxy resin technique to make the framework of coils. These materials we use will enable the ignition coil to endure high voltage and temperature, to output higher voltage and to improve the insulativity. Our coils can output 22KV~35KV high voltage. Their maximum gap current is 52MA, spark gap reaches 7mm~12mm and ignition duration is about 2000μs. Besides, we can make the housing for the coils from aluminium or stainless steel instead of iron.
